Presentation Instructions

Poster Sessions (YSP and P1)

The poster boards located in the coffee area on the second floor are 120 cm wide and 140 cm tall. Map pins are provided for attaching the posters. Authors must be present at their posters during the poster session, Tuesday or Thursday at 11:00–12:20, to discuss their work and answer questions.

The posters for the YSP session must be on display on the poster boards on Tuesday, August 16 at 10:00–16:00. The posters can be put up on Monday and should be removed by the end of the Aalto Reception on Tuesday.

The posters for the P1 session must be on display on the poster boards on Thursday, August 18 at 10:00–13:00. The posters can be put up on Wednesday and should be removed by the end of the conference on Thursday.

Oral Sessions

The timeslot for each oral presentation is 20 min including discussion and the time it takes to switch speaker. Please keep your talk short enough to allow time for questions.

Each session hall is equipped with a stationary computer running Windows 7. Recent versions of Adobe Reader and Microsoft Office are available. Please copy your presentation to the computer at least 15 min before the start of the session.
