Final Paper Submission
Authors of accepted papers are requested to upload an updated version (final paper) by May 31 June 7, 2016 via EDAS and also register as "presenting author" by May 31 June 7, 2016.
The final paper must be 2–4 pages in two-column IEEE Xplore compatible PDF-format. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to convert/validate the final paper following the guidelines below. Upon the final submission, the authors are also requested to sign the IEEE electronic copyright form.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
Final Paper Submission Checklist
- Log in to EDAS and click on the paper title to check the review results of your paper. There may be revision comments by the reviewers. Revise your paper accordingly to create the final paper. Please also check that your paper uses the template given below and proofread your paper thoroughly.
- Use IEEE PDF eXpress with Conference ID 38972X to validate that your final paper is in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF-format:
- An existing IEEE PDF eXpress account might work. Otherwise, select the New Users – Click here link and follow the instructions. In both cases use the Conference ID 38972X.
- IEEE PDF eXpress can either check a PDF-file or convert source files to PDF. Please see www.pdf-express.org/frhelpnologin.asp for more details.
- Upload your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF-file to the EDAS system. Use the PDF-file that IEEE PDF eXpress sent by e-mail.
- Log in to EDAS and click on the paper title.
- Click on the Final manuscript upload icon. Note that EDAS will only accept PDFs certified by IEEE PDF eXpress at this stage.
- Fill the electronic IEEE Copyright Form via the EDAS system.
- Log in to EDAS and click on the paper title.
- Click on the Record copyright form icon.
- Click on the IEEE Copyright Submission button and follow the instruction on the IEEE Publication Agreement page.
- Complete the pre-registration (including all payments) to the conference by May 31, 2016. Please note that at least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as "presenting author". Otherwise the paper will be excluded from the program. Each person can register as presenting author for at most two papers.

Please use the provided template to ensure that your paper is in the correct format. The final paper must be in IEEE Xplore compatible PDF-format. The same template is used for the first submission and the final paper.
- The paper must be 2–4 pages.
- All fonts must be embedded.
- No links or bookmarks are allowed.
- Maximum PDF-file size is 10 MB.
(Technical note: The template is the IEEE conference template, with single column author-block, no keywords and no footnote on the first page.)
