Final Paper Submission Checklist

  2. Use IEEE PDF eXpress with Conference ID 38972X to validate that your final paper is in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF-format:
    • An existing IEEE PDF eXpress account might work. Otherwise, select the New Users – Click here link and follow the instructions. In both cases use the Conference ID 38972X.
    • IEEE PDF eXpress can either check a PDF-file or convert source files to PDF. Please see www.pdf-express.org/frhelpnologin.asp for more details.
  3. Upload your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF-file to the EDAS system. Use the PDF-file that IEEE PDF eXpress sent by e-mail.
    • Log in to EDAS and click on the paper title.
    • Click on the Final manuscript upload icon. Note that EDAS will only accept PDFs certified by IEEE PDF eXpress at this stage.
  4. Fill the electronic IEEE Copyright Form via the EDAS system.
    • Log in to EDAS and click on the paper title.
